摘要
目的探讨护理服务满意度调查改进体系在护理管理中的应用。方法从2011年6月起,建立体现病人需要与期望的护理服务满意度调查改进体系在全院应用。结果 2012年1—6月与2011年1—6月相比,病人对护理服务满意度总评价提高,满意度提高8.7%~14.24%,P<0.01。结论护理服务满意度调查改进体系的应用是护理管理中提高护理质量的重要手段之一。
Objective To explore application of survey and improvement system of satisfaction with nursing service in nursing management. Methods From June 2011, the survey and improvement system of the Satisfaction with nursing service has established to reflect the needs and expectations of patients in hospital. Results Patients's satisfaction on nursing service has increased 8.7% to 14. 24% during January 2012 to June 2012. It has significant difference compared with data of 2011. Conclusion Survey and improvement system of the satisfaction with nursing service is one of the important means of improving the quality of nursing in nursing management.
