兰州市人口素质测度及评析

Measure and Analysis of Population Quality in Lanzhou

本文主要使用离散系数分析法,利用人口素质综合指数(CIPQ)及其他国际公认指标建立的指标体系来建立模型,综合评价了2000年到2011年兰州市人口素质整体水平和变化特征:综合素质不断上升,身体素质先下降后上升,文化素质呈现波动变化,道德素质保持高水平的稳定。为兰州市人口素质的发展和政府下一步的工作提供参考和依据。

This paper comprehensive evaluates the overall level and the variation about the Lanzhou＇s quality of the population from 2000 to 2011 by a model which is created with the quality of the population Composite Index （CIPQ）,the other internationally recognized indicators index system and the discreting coefficient analysis. The study shows that the overall quality of Lanzhou＇s population is rising. The physical fitness increased and then decreased. And the cultural quality fluctuated. The moral qualities are maintained at a high level of stability. Provide reference and basis for the development of Lanzhou＇s quality of the population and the government＇s next work.
