马齿苋提取液抗磷酸组胺致大鼠足痒阈实验研究

Study on Effect of Ma Chi Xian Extract for the Rat Foot Itch Threshold Induced by Histamine Phosphate

目的:观察马齿苋提取液对磷酸组胺诱导大鼠致痒阈的影响作用。方法:采用磷酸组织胺致痒法,设置正常对照组,阳性对照组和不同剂量马齿苋提取液对照组,根据所给予的磷酸组胺总量,观察各组致痒阈情况。结果:中药组致痒阈高于正常对照组和阳性对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中剂量以上马齿苋提取液能显著提高大鼠足部致痒阈,具有明显的止痒作用。

Objective： To investigate the effect of Ma Chi Xian extract for the rat foot itch threshold Induced by histamine phos- phate. Method： to induce rat＇ s itching by histamine phosphate. Five groups were given： normal group, control group and different dose of Ma Chi Xian extract groups （high, mild and low dose）. The total dose of histamine phosphate of different group was observed and recorded to prove oxygen threshold. Result： the itching threshold of Ma Chi Xian extract groups were better than another two groups, Differences were significant. Conclusion： Ma Chi Xian extract of mild and high dose can increase the itching threshold of the rat＇ s foot, and can stop itching significantly.
