多发性骨髓瘤的治疗进展 被引量:1

摘要 本文通过分析多发性骨髓瘤的治疗进展,旨在为多发性骨髓瘤治疗提供新的靶点。研究发现磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶(phos-phatidylinositol 3-kinase,PI3K)/丝/苏氨酸蛋白激酶Akt/及哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白(mammal target of rapamycin,mTOR)所组成的信号通路在多发性骨髓瘤中的发生发展中可以促进瘤细胞的增殖、抑制凋亡及促进血管新生。故通过多步骤抑制PI3K/Akt/mTOR信号转导通路联合抗肿瘤药物可以明显提高骨髓瘤细胞化疗效果。
