番茄红素对离体蟾蜍心功能影响的实验研究

摘要 目的:观察番茄红素(lycopene)溶液对离体蟾蜍心脏心率和心肌收缩力的影响。方法:根据斯氏蛙心插管方法,用不同浓度的番茄红素对离体蟾蜍心脏进行灌流,采用BL-420生物机能实验系统记录心率和心肌收缩力的变化。结果:灌注0.001g/ml的番茄红素溶液时,对离体蟾蜍的心脏收缩力和心率影响不大;分别灌注0.002 g/ml和0.004g/ml的番茄红素溶液时,离体蟾蜍的心脏收缩力和心率下降均较为明显(P<0.05);灌注0.008g/ml的番茄红素溶液时,心脏收缩幅度更为明显(P<0.05),心率明显减慢(P<0.05),心脏甚至停止跳动;结论:番茄红素溶液降低离体蟾蜍心肌收缩力,但减少心率不明显。 Objectie: To investigate the influences of Lycopene on deported toad's heart function. Methods To adopt the intube method of Strawb, different concentration of Lycopene solution were applied to irritate and flow. Then the cardiac contraction force and heart rate were recorded by the BL -420 biological function experiment system. Results: 0. 001g/ml lycopene solution had no obvious impact on the toad' s heart contraction amplitude and heart rate. However 0. 002 g/ml and O. O04g/ml lycopene reduced the heart contraction amplitude and slowed down the heart rate, the effects were all obvious ( P 〈 0. 05 ) , especially 0. 008g/ml lycopene, which significantly inhibited the cardiac contraction force ( P 〈 0. 05 ) and even stopped heart beating. Conclusion: Lycopene solu- tion could inhibit the cardiac contraction force of the isolated toad heart and significantly slow down the heart rate.
