黄体酮预防流产和胎儿畸形的临床观察与护理体会

Progesterone prevent abortion and fetal malformation clinical observation and nursing care

目的:探讨黄体酮预防因黄体功能不足而至的早期流产和胎儿畸形的临床观察及护理。方法:应用黄体酮治疗15例有流产史和5例有胎儿畸形史的患者,并进行严密的临床观察及有效的护理。结果:本组20例,全部足月顺利生产,母子健康。结论:黄体酮不足的孕妇,在胎儿形成早期容易流产和出现胎儿畸形,在准备怀孕的当月月经第14天开始至孕早期(三个月之内)合理使用黄体酮治疗,可预防流产和胎儿畸形的发生,使胎儿发育正常,健康顺利生产。

Objective： To investigate the prevention for progesterone luteal insufficiency and early abortion and fetal malformation of the clinical observation and nursing care. Methods： the use of progesterone to treat 15 patients with history of abortion and 5 cases of fetal malformation in history, and close clinical observation and effective nursing care. Results ： in this group, 20 cases of full term, smooth production, the mother and child health. Conclusion： insufficient progesterone of pregnant women, early miscarriage and fetal malformation in fetus formation, in preparation for the pregnant that month fourteenth day period to early pregnancy （ three months ） the rational use of progesterone treatment, can prevent the occurrence of abortion and fetal malformation, fetal growth is normal, health- y growth, smooth production.
