摘要
目的:观察加味补阳还五汤对气虚血瘀型慢性心衰患者心功能及血清NT-proBNP水平的影响。方法:将60例慢性心衰患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上给予加味补阳还五汤治疗。结果:治疗后,治疗组能够显著改善心功能LVEF和LVDd指标,与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者血清NT-proBNP水平明显减低,与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:加味补阳还五汤能够改善气虚血瘀型慢性心衰患者心功能,降低血清NT-proBNP水平。
Objective: To observe flavored filling Yang also five soup heart function in patients with qi deficiency blood stasis type of chronic heart failure and the serum level of NT - proBNP. Methods: 60 patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into treat- ment group and control group 30 cases each. The control group given conventional western medicine treatment. Treatment group in the control group given on the basis of flavored Yang also five decoction. Results: After treatment, the treatment group can significantly improve cardiac function and LVEF LVDd index, compared with the control group difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0. 05). Serum level of NT - proBNP in patients with treatment group was obviously reduced, compared with control group, difference has statistical significance (P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion: Flavored filling Yang also five soup can improve heart function in patients with qi deficiency blood stasis type of chronic heart failure, reduce the serum level of NT - proBNP.
