几种金属盐催化剂对苯甲醛肟重排生成苯甲酰胺的催化作用 被引量:2

Catalytic performance of several metal salt catalysts for the rearrangement from benzaldoxime to benzamide

摘要 考察了SnCl2,CdCl2,Cr(CH3COO)3,Cr(NO3)3四种金属盐对苯甲醛肟重排生成苯甲酰胺反应的催化作用;以SnCl2作为模型催化剂,探讨了催化剂用量、反应温度及反应时间等因素对产率的影响,确定了最佳反应条件.结果表明,SnCl2对苯甲醛肟重排生成苯甲酰胺反应的催化效率最高;最佳反应条件为:n(SnCl2)∶n(苯甲醛肟)=2∶5,反应温度110℃,反应时间19h,相应的苯甲酰胺产率达57.6%. The catalytic performance of 4 kinds of metal salts SnC12, CdCI2, Cr(CH3 COO)3 , and Cr(NO3)3 for the rearrangement of benzaldoxime yielding benzamide was studied. The effects of catalyst dosage as well as the reaction temperature and time on the yield were investi- gated while SnC12 was used as a model catalyst. Results show that SnC12 has the highest cata- lytic efficiency for the rearrangement from benzaldoxime to benzamide. The optimized reaction condition was suggested as SnC12 to benzaldoxime molar ratio of 2 : 5, reaction temperature of 110 ℃, and reaction time of 19 h. Under the optimized reaction condition, the yield of benzamide can reach 57.60%.
