摘要
探讨普洱茶(熟茶)、铁观音、红茶对高脂饮食诱发的大鼠非酒精性脂肪肝的保护作用;将Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组、高脂模型组、药物组以及(低、中、高剂量)普洱茶(熟茶)、铁观音、红茶组(0.5,1.0,2.0 g/kg)。试验大鼠灌胃授试茶样水浸提物30 d后采血处死,分离血清测定其中ALT(谷丙转氨酶)和AST(谷草转氨酶)的活性;采摘肝脏并进行肝脏病理检测;与高脂模型组比较,灌胃普洱茶(熟茶)、铁观音和红茶均能有效地抑制实验大鼠体重的增长;(低、中、高剂量)普洱茶(熟茶)组、(低、中剂量)铁观音组和(低剂量)红茶组试验大鼠血清中的AST水平显著降低(P<0.05);(低、中、高剂量)普洱茶(熟茶)组和(低、高剂量)红茶组试验大鼠血清中的ALT水平显著降低(P<0.05);通过试验大鼠标本和病理检测发现,普洱茶(熟茶)、铁观音、红茶均能改善由高脂饮食引起的肝脏脂肪病变。普洱茶(熟茶)、铁观音、红茶对非酒精性脂肪肝都具有不同程度的保护作用,但普洱茶(熟茶)的作用最显著。
To evaluate protective effects of Pu-erh tea,Tieguanyin and black tea on high-fat diets induced nonalcoholic fatty liver in Wistar rats.Eighty Wistar rats were divided into normal group,hyperlipidemia model group,fermented Pu-erh tea group,Tieguanyin group,low,medium and high dose group of black tea,which were 0.5,1.0,2.0 g / kg,respectively.All rats were sacrificed after 30 days' test feeding,the serum levels of ALT and AST transaminase activity and pathological changes of the liver were determined.Compared with the hyperlipidemia model group,fermented Pu-erh tea,Tieguanyin and black tea groups effectively restrained the increasing weight of the rats.The serum levels of AST in low,medium and high does groups of the fermented Pu-erh tea,low and medium does groups of the Tieguanyin and low does group of Black tea significantly decreased(P〈0.05).The serum levels of ALT in low,medium and high does groups of the fermented Pu-erh tea and the low,high dose groups of black tea significantly decreased(P〈0.05).Through the specimens of rats and pathological detection,it was found that fermented Pu-erh tea,Tieguanyin and black tea group obviously improved hepatic steatosis caused by high-fat diet.It is concluded that fermented pu-erh tea,Tieguanyin and black tea have different degrees of protection to the non-alcohol fatty liver,in which fermented Pu-erh tea has the most obvious effect.
