葛根素鼻用原位凝胶剂的稳定性研究

Studies on the Stability of Puerarin in Nasal Situ Gel

目的研究葛根素鼻用原位凝胶剂的稳定性。方法参照中国药典2010版附录对本品外观性状、pH值、有效成分含量等项目的稳定性进行考察。结果在高温、高湿和强光影响因素条件下,以及加速和长期稳定性实验中,葛根素鼻用原位凝胶剂的外观性状、pH值及有效成分含量的稳定性均表现良好。结论本制剂在常温条件下储存稳定性良好,无需特殊包装。

Objective To study the stability of puerarin in nasal situ gel. Methods According to the Pharmacopeia Appendices （China, 2010） ,we assessed the appearance property, pH and content of active component to evaluate the stability of the products. Results The products showed a good stability under the condition of high temperature,high humidity and strong light,also in accelerated and long term stability experiments. Conclusion The products were stable under the room temperature without unusual package.
