摘要
目的研究低油含量油包水技术"出水效果"。方法通过配方中使用不同的水相含量、乳化剂含量进行试验,考察低油含量油包水技术"出水效果"的影响因素,分析解决"出水效果"的适宜条件。结果乳化剂在0.40%~1.60%之间。结论能达到该技术的稳定性要求。
Objective Research broken water effect of the technology of low oil content water in oil. Methods Through the differences of the water phase content, emulsifier content, we have made some experiments to observe and study the influencing factors of the broken water effect in the technology of low oil content water in oil. Results and Conclusion resolve the prlblems when the stability is qualified.
