2型糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白与血糖波动水平分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨2型糖尿病患者血糖波动与糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)的关系。方法应用动态血糖检测系统(CGMS)对120例2型糖尿病患者进行连续3 d的血糖监测,并测定HbA1c,根据血糖波动系数(BGFC)分为3组(BGFC≤1.5组、1.5<BGFC<3.0组、BGFC≥3.0组),分析组间各项指标的差异。结果各组间葡萄糖平均值(MBG)、平均空腹血糖(MFBG)、高血糖(≥11.1 mmol/L)时间比(Ab11.1)及低血糖(≤3.9 mmol/L)时间比(Be3.9)比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。患者HbA1c随BGFC的升高而升高,各组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病患者血糖波动与HbA1c相关,HbA1c越高血糖波动越大。 Objective To investigate the association between glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA,c) and glucose fluctuation in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods Continuous glucose monitoring system (CGMS) was applied to monitor glucose level for 3 days in 120 patients and HbAlc was also measured. All the patients were divided into three groups according to the level of blood glucose fluctuation coefficient (BGFC) (group 1: BGFC ≤ 1.5; group 2: 1.5〈BGFC〈3.0; group 3: BGFC ≥3.0). Results Mean blood glucose (MBG), mean fasting blood glucose (MFBG), high glucose (≥111.1 mmol/L) duration ratio (Abll.1) and low glucose ( ≤3.9 mmol/L) duration ratio (Be3.9) were significantly different among groups (P〈0.01). The level of HbA,c increased with the increment of BGFC and differences observed among groups was statistical significance (P〈O.05). Conclusion Blood glucose fluctuation is positively associated with HbA1c in patients with T2DM.
