128层螺旋CT低剂量技术在小儿气道异物的可行性分析与剂量优化

摘要 小儿气道异物是临床常见的急重症之一,如不及时明确诊断和治疗,危害严重。由于CT检查的广泛应用,对小儿气道异物诊断起着重要作用,然而放射辐射的损害已引起国内外放射学家的高度关注。目前,随着医学影像技术的飞速发展,CT设备的快速更新换代,64排CT及双源CT的使用,多排探测器对X线充分吸收利用,使CT成像质量不断提高。
