新钢1050m^3高炉低品质矿冶炼实践

摘要 2012年下半年以来,新钢高炉炼铁使用的原燃料品质下降,低品质矿用量增加,第二炼铁厂通过调整风口面积,加长风口,优化上部布料,定期排碱和强化管理等措施,保证了高炉炉况顺行,降低了炼铁成本。 The raw material and fuel quality are degraded and low quality ore dosage are increased in blast furnace ironmaking of Xinsteel since the second half of 2012. Through exploring "economy smelting strength", the measures such as : adjusting tuyere are- a, extended tuyere, optimizing the upper layout, regular discharging alkali and strengthening management, are carried out to ensure trouble - free operation of the blast furnace condition and reduce the cost of ironmaking.
