摘要
分析了化学成分和轧制工艺对50W600冷轧无取向电工钢电磁性能的影响,通过降低连铸坯中硫、氮等有害元素的质量分数,降低热轧加热温度,提高热轧卷取温度,有效提高了产品的电磁性能。
The effects of chemical composition and process on electromagnetic performance are analyzed. Through the reduc- ing quality mass of harmful elements such as S, N of continuous casting slab, roiling the strip at lower heating temperature,and increas- ing the coiling temperature, which effectively improve the electromagnetic properties.
