米糠γ-谷维素生理功能研究新进展 被引量:19

New progress on physiological functions of γ-oryzanol from rice bran

摘要 谷维素是米糠、米糠油、大米胚芽等主要营养活性因子,系为环术菠萝醇同系物阿魏酸酯混合物:其中,以环木菠萝烯醇和24–亚甲基环木菠萝烯醇的阿魏酸酯为主。近年研究表明:谷维素具有抗氧化、清除自由基、降低血脂与胆固醇等生理功能,可预防心血管疾病和癌症发生及发展;谷维素在医学上主要是一种植物神经调节剂,对治疗神经失调具有显著疗效。该文综述国内外有关米糠γ–谷维素生理功能研究进展,并对今后研究方向进行展望。 γ-oryzanol is mainly nutritional activity factors in rice bran, rice bran oil and rice germ, which is a mixture of ring of pineapple alcohol homologues ferulic acid esters, and among of them ferulic acid ester cycloartenol and 24-methylene cycloartenol are mainly components. Recent studies showed shown that oryzanol has antioxidant, scavenging free radicals, reducing blood fat and cholesterol and other physiological functions, preventing development of cardiovascular diseases and cancer, y-oryzanol is also used as kind of plant nerve regulator in clinical medicine, and it has obvious curative effect on the treatment of neurological disorders. This paper summarizes the new research progress on the physiological functions of γ-oryzanol from rice bran in the world, and also analyzes orosoects for future research.
