摘要
基于相似原理建立了比例为1∶2.8 RH喷粉脱硫物理模型,通过物理模拟的方法,用液态油代替脱硫剂,用水代替钢液,模拟脱硫剂在钢液内的运动,研究了驱动气体流量对钢液循环流量的影响和脱硫剂在钢液中的运动规律。在工业生产中根据实验分析结论进行了试验,得到了现场最佳脱硫效果的驱动气体流量。
Based on the similarity principle, a physical model of RH desulphurization processes using powder injection was established using oil to simulate RH desulphurization powder. Experiments were proceeded to study the influence of the flow rate of driving gas on circular flow of liquid steel and desulphurization efficiency. According to the experiment results, industrial production experiment was carried out to obtain the optimal flow rate of driving gas for desulphurization efficiency and the validity and practicability of the physical model was validated.
