摘要
由于设备的工作环境和负载情况比较恶劣,在使用过程中电机温升有时会很严重,如果不加温度过高保护会使电机受损。本文针对单位现有机械装备特点,根据电机定子线圈电阻与线圈温度的对应关系,在三相电机的变频控制过程中加入应用软件算法来实现对定子线圈电阻的测量,然后得到定子的相对应温度,从而实现对电机的过温保护。
Sometimes,the temperature rise gets worse during the process of device application because of its worse operation environment and loading conditions,so it is necessary to add over heat protection to protect the motor from damage.In accordance with the characteristics of existing mechanized equipment,and according to the relationships between coil resistance and coil temperature of motor's stator,the application software algorithm was added in the frequency conversion control process of three phase asynchronous machine to measure the stator coil resistance,then got the corresponding temperature of stator,which realized the over heat protection of motor.
