摘要
表面增强拉曼光谱(SERS)技术具有操作简便、灵敏度高、无需复杂样品前处理,可适用于现场快速分析等优点,在农业、食品、医药、生物和化学等领域开始得到应用。本文主要介绍了SERS及其基底的研究,综述了近年来SERS技术在食品质量与安全检测中的应用。
Surface-enhanced Raman Spectroscopy (SERS) technology has been applied in agriculture and foods, medicine and biology, material science and biochemistry, due to its highly sensitivity, easy operation, without special sample preparation and in rapid on-line analysis. In this review, SERS and its substrate were briefly introduced. In addition, its applications in food quality and safety analysis in recent years were discussed.
