中国医疗卫生服务水平评价研究

The Health Service Level Evaluation Research in China

当前中国的医疗卫生服务水平在不同地区之间存在较大差异,为此有必要对中国整体医疗卫生服务水平进行综合评价,进而优化资源配置,充分利用卫生资源以提高中国整体卫生服务水平。以中国31个省(市、自治区)的医疗卫生服务情况为研究对象,按照人均国民生产总值将中国行政区域划分为高收入、中等收入和低收入三类地区,构建医疗卫生服务水平评价指标体系,采用简单线性加权方法对2007年—2011年中国31个省(市、自治区)的医疗卫生服务水平进行评价分析,为优化中国医疗资源配置提供科学有力的参考依据。

This article based on China＇s 31 provinces （municipalities and autonomous regions） of the medical and health service situation as the research object, according to per capita gross national product （GNP） is the administrative area is divided into three kinds of areas, high income, middle income and low income, build health service level evaluation index system, using simple linear weighted method from 2007 to 2011 in 31 provinces （municipalities and autonomous regions） to evaluate the health service level of analysis, to optimize medical resources alloca- tion in China provide the scientific reference basis.
