摘要
前分选技术是实现垃圾综合处理、提高资源利用率的前提和关键。针对目前纸塑分选效果差、设备简陋、工艺参数不合理的实际,通过卧式气流分选内部流场仿真分析,探求合理的纸塑分选工艺参数和设备设计关键参数,为垃圾处理厂的生产和卧式气流分选机的研制提供技术参考和支持。首先,建立了卧式气流分选机的有限元模型,在Fluent中,基于DPM气固多相流模型分析了不同进风角度和风速工况下内部流场的速度分布和气压分布,结果表明,针对北方寒旱区春季生活垃圾,进风角度在15°~20°,风速在12~14m/s范围内,可获得较好的纸塑分选纯度和效率。
Fore-separation technology is treatment and increase resource utilization ratio. and rough separating equipment, the incorrect the precondition and key to realize garbage comprehensive To the low effect of plastic and paper separation, the simple structure and processing parameter of separator, through simulating and analyzing on intemal flow field for horizontal flow separation, reasonable processing parameter and key design parameter of separator for plastic and paper separation is explored. Technology reference and support will be provided to the production of destructor plant and the design of horizontal flow separator. FEM model of separator was built. Pressure distribution and velocity distribution of internal separating flow field at different air - intake angle and wind velocity are simulated and analyzed based on DPM gas - solid multi - phase flow model in Fluent. Results indicate that better effect of plastic and paper separation for municipal solid waste in cool and arid region will be realized when intake angle is 15 -20° and wind velocity is 12 - 14m/s.
