摘要
学生满意度是衡量高校服务质量的重要参照,在国内外许多的学者对各个类型的高校进行了学生满意度的研究。本文在总结前人研究的基础上构建符合内蒙古工业大学大学实际情况的学生满意度测评模型,通过随机抽样对该校本科生进行了学生满意度的问卷调查。使用结构方程模型方法验证学生满意度模型中因素间的关系,结合拟合数据对模型进行了修正。结果表明:教学服务、服务设施、管理和支持服务是影响该校学生满意度的最重要因素;学校声誉、科研水平对学生满意度也构成一定影响。
Colleges and universities as public service organizations to provide higher education. Like other service industries, the quality of the services that they provide should be concerned. Student satisfaction is an important reference measure of college quality of service. Therefore, many scholars at home and abroad on various types of colleges and universities conducted a study of student satisfaction. However, no one in Inner Mongolia research in this area. In this paper, we built the student satisfaction evaluation model of Inner Mongolia University of Technology (IMUT) on the basis of previous studies and the actual situation, and random sampling of the school undergraduate student satisfaction survey. Using structural equation model to verify the relationship between the factors in the model of student satisfaction and combined with fitting data, the hypothetical model is modified. The student satisfaction survey results show that: teaching services, services, facilities management and support services are the most important factors that affect school student satisfaction; school reputation, scientific research and a certain level of student satisfaction.
