本文总结了椎管内神经鞘膜肿瘤的MRI表现并与病理结果进行了对照。MRI诊断准确率为82.6％。哑铃征及弄清脊髓与肿瘤的关系是MRI诊断椎管内神经鞘膜肿瘤的要点,本组病例哑铃征出现率为42.1％。但椎管内神经鞘膜肿瘤的MR信号变化与脊膜瘤和室管腆窟无法区分。

The MRI appearances of neurinomas in the spinal canal are described and compared with the pathological lindings in this article. The rate of correct diagnosis with MRI corresponding to pathological findings is 82.6%. The dumbbell-shaped sign and the relationship between spinal cord and tumor are two key points for the diagnosis of neurinomas in the spinal canal with MRI. The rate of dumbbell-shaped sign presented in this group of patients is 42.1%. However, the changes of MR signal intensity of neurinoma are not distinguishable with those of meningio-ma and ependymoma in the spinal canal.
