"A Bite of China", a documentary of gourmets carrying catering custom information, exhibits the fea-tured cuisines across China, transmits the information of Chinese daily catering customs, festival catering customs and special catering customs, which represent the regional culture and the wisdom for survival of the fittest. Those catering customs imply the Chinese people" feelings and reflections on the value of cuisine and culture as well as cuisine and life.
