摘要
"群头"是旅游者团队的"领导",对旅游活动有重大的影响,群头的力量是一把双刃剑,需要每一个导游员认真对待与科学掌控。旅游消费者与旅游服务供应商利益冲突的激化是群头产生的根本原因,而群头的产生还需要一定的外部条件与内部条件。处理群头问题的新方法有"消灭法""、抑制法""、利用法"等。
The"Head" of the tour group greatly affects tourist activities. The power of the"Head", a double-edged sword, calls for the serious attention and scientific control from all the tour guides. The birth of the "head'of the tour group is basically attributed to intensification of the interest conflicts between the tourist consumers and tourism services suppliers. Additionally, the birth of the "head" of the tour group calls for internal and external conditions. Consequently, the new approaches to disposal of the"head'issue are by"extermination", "suppression" and"utilization".
