摘要 课业负担问题是我国国家教育改革层面面临的一道难题,找准导致这一难题的病根尤为重要。学生课业负担的形成是一个自然过程,课业平衡态的形成既是学生课业负担化转变的临界点,也是课业负担问题久治不愈的症结所在。学生课业的五大相关利益主体———国家、学校、教师、学生、家长加强联动,主动携手,形成最大化的政策合力,是破解我国课业负担"瓶颈"的入手点。 Reduction of students' schooling burdens is an issue currently confronting China' s national educational reform initiatives, and it is vital for educators to identify the causes of this difficulty problem. It is believed that the formation of students' schooling burden is a natural process in which the state of balance of schooling burden is a critical point that has been troubling educators for long. In order to break this bottleneck and fundamentally resolve the problem of schooling burden, relevant stake-holders involved, namely, the state, schools, teachers, parents and students, should join in hands and jointly work toward a feasible solution.
