膀胱移行上皮癌患者外周血中淋巴细胞亚群的检测

Lymphocyte subsets in the perpheral blood of patients with bladder carcinoma

本文运用免疫过氧化物酶技术(ABC-PO),针对人淋巴细胞及其亚群的单克隆抗体检测膀胱移行上皮癌(TCCB)患者外周血中淋巴细胞亚群。结果表明:20例TCCB患者外周血中DakoT_4和DakoT_(11)百分率下降DakoT_8和DakoM百分率上升,DakoT_4/T_8比值降低,显示全身免疫呈抑制状态。DakoM和DakoT_4/T_8呈负相关性。上述改变随肿瘤分期提高更明显,且与预后有相关性趋势。

Peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets in 20 patients with transitional cell carci noma of bladder were studied using immunoperoxidase technique and monoclonal antiboodies. The percentage of T11 cell and T4 cell decreased,where as the percentage of T8 and Monocyte increased. The T4/T8 ratio decreased. These tendencies became more marked as the stage of tumor advanced and showed poor prognosis. Therefore, these parameters may be of clinic value.
