Foreign Direct Investment Problems of Chinese Small and Medium Enterprises and Countermeasure Study

国际经验表明,对于发展中国家来说,从发展对外贸易到进行对外直接投资是经济发展的必然结果。中小企业在我国占到绝对比重,近年来其对外直接投资发展迅速,在各方面都取得了突飞猛进的增长,但仍处于初级阶段,普遍存在着投资规模小、投资行业及区域相对集中及投资方式单一等问题。

International experiences show that for developing countries,change from foreign trade to foreign direct investment is an inevitable result of economic development.There is a high percentage of small and medium enterprises in China.In recent years,these enterprises’ foreign direct investment has developed dramatically,and made great progress in all possible aspects.But for most enterprises such investment is still in the very preliminary stage: small investment,relative narrow scope of investment industry and region,and simple investment modes.
