Research on the countermeasures of open schooling in higher vocational colleges

高职院校开放办学是光扬培养人才、科研创新和服务社会等社会职能的必然要求。为此,高职院校需要在解放思想、融于社会、放眼世界三个层次树立开放办学的理念,要实现对外开放和对内开放的全方位定向,还要通过建设开放的学校文化、构建适应开放办学的管理与运行机制、建设开放式数字化校园等措施加以实施。

Open schooling in higher vocational colleges is an inevitable requirement for talent training, innovation of scientific research and service for society. Therefore, firstly, the colleges need to establish the concept of open schooling from three aspects of emancipating the mind, joining the society and opening eyes to the world; secondly, they need to achieve all-direction positioning; finally, they need to implement open schooling idea with building open school culture, open management and operation mechanism and open digital campus, and so on.
