摘要
伴随物流产业的快速发展,越来越多的企业重视到了物流人才的价值,但物流人才不能满足企业生产需求的矛盾也日益凸显。在企业调研和专家咨询的基础上,构建出高职物流专业人才关键能力指标体系,并采用AHP方法计算出相应指标权重,以期在满足企业需求前提下为高职物流专业人才培养、教学计划制定、课程优化设置等方面提供参考依据。
Along with the rapid development of logistics industry, more and more enterprises attach importance to the logistics talents' value, but the contradiction that logistics personnel can't meet the production demand is increasingly prominent. On the basis of investigation and expert consultation, the index system of higher vocational logistics talents' key ability is constructed, and AHP method is used to calculate the index weight accordingly, in order to provide some references for talent cultivation, teaching plan design, and curriculum optimization under the guide of enterprise need.
