略论东海水晶文化产业及其版权保护

On the Donghai Crystal Culture Industry and Copyright Protection

东海市全世界天然水晶及水晶制品的集散地。以水晶为载体的文化产业发展如火如荼,然而,水晶文化产业发展中也面临着诸多问题,特别是版权保护问题。在分析水晶产业版权保护问题的基础上,提出了构建水晶产业知识产权保护机制的对策。

Distributed all over the world natural crystal and crystal products,the East China sea.In the crystal as the carrier of the culture industry development like a raging fire,however,the crystal in the development of cultural industry is also faced with many problems,especially the problem of copyright protection.Based on the analysis of the crystal industry copyright protection problems,and puts forward some countermeasures for constructing the crystal industry intellectual property protection mechanism.
