摘要
中国饮食文化源远流长,独具特色,是中国文化的基本元素,也是国家文化软实力的重要组成部分。通过进一步继承和发扬传统的中国饮食文化、加强品牌的建设、强化中国饮食文化中和谐观念的宣传等方面来提高中国饮食文化软实力,以使中国饮食文化更好地向世界展现其魅力。
Chinese food culture has a long history,unique and an important part of the basic elements of the Chinese culture,but also the country's cultural soft strength.On the basis of inheriting and carrying forward the traditional Chinese cooking culture,the writer went into soft strength problems of the Chinese cooking culture through enhancing brand building,publicizing the harmonious idea etc.in order to make the Chinese culture get a further understanding and attention of the whole world.
