Based on the characteristics of ESP（English for Specific Purposes）curriculum in business English education,this paper introduces the origin and classification of the ESP theory,discusses the approaches of ESP curriculum in business English education and calls for the combination of ESP curriculum with the development of student＇s future employment ability so as to train competitive and innovative talents.
