北京市本地农民工就业与培训现状调查研究

A Study on the Status Survey of Employment and Training of Beijing Local Rural Migrant Workers

在首都特定的经济、文化背景下,北京市本地农民工在就业与培训方面,有其自身的特点与问题。北京市本地农民工实证分析的结果显示:北京市本地农民工寻找工作的方式还略显传统,农民工职业技能持有率较低,农民工培训与就业脱节等。对此,应进一步强化政府公共就业服务功能,鼓励用工企业建立农民工职业技能取证的激励机制,大力开展订单式培训。

Under the specific economic and cultural background, employment and training of Beiiing local rural migrant workers has its own characteristics and problems. The conclusion based on Beijing local rural migrant workers empirical analysis shows that： for the local rural mi- grant workers, the way of looking for a job is quite traditional, the holding rate of their voca- tional skills is very low, and training is out of line with employment, etc. So we should further strengthen the function of government public employment service, encourage enterprises to set up the incentive mechanism of practitioner＇s certification, and carry out order-form training vigorously.
