边疆佤族地区外来教师教育与管理佤族学生的个案研究——以沧源县芒卡中学的X教师为例

摘要 教育是社会发展的前提,是社会和谐的基石,但是边疆民族地区由于受到多方面条件的限制,教育总体水平总是落后于发达地区,为了缩小差距,必须重视每一个教育环节与教育因素。本研究立足于沧源佤族地区,基于对佤族学生教育与管理的视角,以芒卡中学的X老师为个案,总结其成功的经验,以便给身在少数民族地区处于困惑中的外来教师提供帮助,进而促进少数民族地区的教育发展。 Education is a prerequisite for social development, and also is the cornerstone of a harmonious society, but in the frontier minority areas due to various limitations, the overall level of education is always left behind the developed city. In order to narrow the gap, every link of education and educational factors must be paid attention to. The study based on the Wa nationality in Cangyuan area, by means of the students' education and management perspective, we take X teacher in the Mangka middle school as an example, and then summarize the teacher’s successful experience, so as to provide help for the migrant teachers who are in the confusion in the ethnic students work in minority areas, and finally to promote the development of education in ethnic minority areas.
