摘要
本文应用细胞培养、免疫酶标和放射免疫测定方法,探讨了鼻咽癌(NPC)病人、EB病毒壳抗原IeA(IgA/VCA)血清学阳性和阴性健康成人的外周血单个核细胞(PBMC),经PHA和ConA诱导产生的调节细胞对EB病毒(EBV)感染B细胞的影响。结果表明:PHA诱导细胞对EBV感染PBMC的EBV核抗原(EBNA)阳性细胞和~3H-TdR掺入量均有抑制作用,而ConA诱导细胞的作用则相反,具有促进作用。上述影响作用可分别被T_4或T_8单克隆抗体(McAb)所阻断,提示诱导细胞对EBV感染PBMC的促进或抑制作用主要与T_4或T_8细胞有关。
It were investigated that PHA and ConA induced immunoregulatory T cells effect on the Epstein-Barr Virus ( EBV)infected B cells in the nasopharyngeal carcinoma ( NPC ) patients and EBV seropositive individuals in our study, using cell culture, immunoenzymatic technioues and radioimmunoassays. The results showed that PHA induced cells had the role of the suppression to EBNA positive cells and 3H-TdR incorporation of the cells after EBV infected peripheral blood mono-nuclear cells ( PBMC ) and ConA induced cells had the enhanceing role to the EBV infected PBMC in three groups, but both enhanced to the secretion of the Ig in most chages, especialy to IgM. Above effectes could be blocked by T4 or T8 McAb respectively. This indicated that the suppression and enhancement effects of the induced cells on the infected PBMC related to T4 and T8 cells.
