目前,抑尘剂喷洒大部分采用人工上车喷洒的全手工作业方式,其缺点效率低下,费时费力,同时存在各种不安全隐患。少数新装了喷淋基站,但其喷洒量不能有效控制,没有完整的数据跟踪机制,不能对已经作业的信息进行查询和共享。针对抑尘剂喷洒现状,开发出了一套全自动抑尘剂喷洒系统,根据货车速度来改变喷淋抑制剂系统喷洒量,采用plc300的变频调速方法,采集货车行驶时间,输入plc中获得货车速度,然后对变频器的变频频率进行选择。根据不同的频率,对应不同的喷洒量;并使用组态王软件进行监控,便于对现场设备的检测与控制。
