从提高区域竞争力、产业和企业的目的出发,描述了上市公司神火集团2005-2008年间并购的事件,通过神火集团各项财务指标对公司整体状况的分析,得出企业并购对公司发展的影响。总结出竞争定价机制、利益调节机制和沟通信任机制是促进产业链稳定发展的三种机制。

For the purpose of enhancing the competition ability of enterprises, industry and regional economy, this article describes the merger events of Shenhuo Group between 2005 and 2008. Through an analysis of financial index and an overall post- merger evaluation, it indicates the influence of merger on the development and status of industries. The article concludes three mechanisms, that are competitive pricing mechanism, benefit adjusting mechanism and communication and trust mechanism, to stabilise the running of industry chain.
