护理干预对小儿消化性溃疡治疗依从性及疗效的影响

Effects of nursing intervention on treatment compliance and efficacy in children with peptic ulcer

目的 观察护理干预措施对小儿消化性溃疡治疗依从性和临床疗效的影响.方法 选取我院儿科收治的150例消化性溃疡患儿,根据接受护理方案的不同,随机分为观察组和对照组各75例.两组患儿均给予常规的消化性溃疡治疗方案,对照组患儿给予常规护理措施,观察组给予综合性护理干预措施,对比两组患儿的治疗依从性以及临床疗效.结果 观察组治疗依从性的优秀率为81.33％,优良率为97.33％,明显高于对照组的34.67％与77.33％,观察组的治愈率为82.67％,总有效率为97.33％,明显高于对照组的61.33％与82.67％,差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 综合性护理干预措施能够有效提高消化性溃疡患儿的治疗依从性,并明显提高临床治疗效果,值得进一步推广应用.

Objective To observe the effects of nursing intervention on treatment compliance and clinical efficacy in children with peptic ulcer.Methods According to different nursing plans,150 pediatric patients with peptic ulcer treated in our hospital were randomly divided into a study group and a control group,75 for each group.Both groups received conventional treatment.The control group received conventional nursing,while the study group received comprehensive nursing intervention.The treatment compliance and the clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent rate and the satisfaction rate of compliance were markedly higher in the study group than in the control group （81.33% vs.34.67% and 97.33% vs.77.33%）.The cure rate and the total effectiveness rate were significantly higher in the study group than in control group （82.67% vs.61.33% and 97.33% vs.82.67%,P〈0.05）.Conclusions Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve treatment compliance in pediatric patients with peptic ulcer,leading to a marked improvement in the clinical efficacy.It is worth further popularizing.
