摘要
目的 分析探讨脑积水脑室腹腔分流术患者的围手术期护理体会.方法 回顾分析我科2010年1月至2012年6月收治的68例脑积水脑室腹腔分流术患者的围手术期护理的要点.结果 68例脑积水脑室腹腔分流术患者经过治疗和精心的护理,全都恢复良好,康复出院.结论 手术前心理护理和准备工作与手术后基础护理、病情观察、分流管和切口护理、患者并发症观察护理及出院后指导对于手术成功非常的关键.
Objective To analyze and explore perioperative nursing care for patients undergoing ventriculoperitoneal shunting for hydrocephalus.Methods The data on perioperative nursing care for 68 patients who had undergone ventriculoperitoneal shunting for hydrocephalus during the period of January 2010 to June 2012 were retrospectively analyzed.Results After treatment and careful nursing,all of the 68 patients undergoing ventriculoperitoneal shunting for hydrocephalus satisfactorily recovered and were relieved from hospital in good conditions.Conclusions Preoperative preparation and psychological nursing,postoperative basic nursing,observation,shunt and incision nursing,nursing for complications,and post-discharge guidance is key to the successful procedure.
