摘要 目的 了解基层医院护理人员心肺复苏知识和技能的掌握情况、培训现状和学习需求,探讨提高基层护理人员心肺复苏技能的对策.方法 采用自行设计问卷对我市25家基层医院150名护理人员进行问卷调查,并对结果进行分析.结果 基层医院护理人员心肺复苏知识和技能成绩普遍较低,知识平均得分为(54.95±10.75)分;技能掌握不合格;护龄5~10年、中级职称护士和本科学历的护士平均得分相对较高;98%护士未参加过急救技能培训;100%的护士对培训需求高;96.50%的护士选择短期学习的培训方式.影响基层医院护士参加培训学习的前3位原因是:没机会,名额有限,经费限制.结论 基层医院护士的心肺复苏知识和技能总体水平偏低,需引起重视,各级领导应对基层医院护士在学习的时间上、经费上给予支持和合理安排,建立符合基层医院实际工作情况的护理急救技能培训模式. Objective To understand the knowledge and skills of CPR training and learning needs in nursing staff in the primary hospitals and to explore measures for improving cardiopulmonary resuscitation skills.Methods Self-designed questionnaires were used to survey 150 nursing staff in 25 primary hospitals.The results of the survey were analyzed.Results The knowledge and skills of cardiopulmonary resuscitation were generally lower in the nursing staff in the hospitals,the average score was 54.95 + 10.75; Mastering of the skills was not qualified.The average score in the nurses with length of service of 5 to 10 years,intermediate professional titles,or a bachelor degree was relatively higher.98% of the nurses did not participate in emergency skill training; 100% of the nurses had greater demand for training; 96.50% of the nurses preferred short-term training.The first three reasons affecting the nurses to participate training were no chance,limited seats,and limited costs.Conclusions The knowledge and skills of CPR are relatively lower in the nursing staff in primary hospitals and attention should be paid.Leaders at all levels should provide support and reasonable arrangement of learning time and outlay.A training mode for nursing skills in accordance with the actual working conditions in the primary hospitals must be established.
