盐酸利多卡因胶浆用于前列腺增生患者导尿术的研究

Study on application of lidocaine hydrochloride plasmagel in catheterization for patients with prostate hyperplasia

目的 探讨盐酸利多卡因胶浆在前列腺增生患者导尿术中的应用效果.方法 选取80例前列腺增生行导尿术患者,随机分为实验组和对照组各40例.实验组先挤出1～ 2ml盐酸利多卡因胶浆涂于尿道外口,约1 min后将6～8ml盐酸利多卡因胶浆缓缓挤入尿道,待2～3 min药液扩散吸收后再继续插入尿管;对照组采用传统石蜡油润滑导尿法导尿.比较两组患者导尿时疼痛程度、尿道粘膜损伤率、一次导尿成功率等指标.结果 实验组一次导尿成功39例（97.5％）,对照组一次导尿成功30例（75.0％）;实验组尿道粘膜损伤1例（2.5％）,对照组尿道粘膜损伤9例（22.5％）;实验组导尿时疼痛程度明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 在为前列腺增生患者行导尿术时,应用盐酸利多卡因胶浆可以减轻患者痛苦,减少尿道粘膜损伤,提高导尿成功率,提高护理工作效率.

Objective To investigate the application effect of lidocaine hydrochloride plasmagel in catheterization for patients with prostate hyperplasia.Methods A total of 80 patients with prostate hyperplasia were randomly divided into the test group and the control group,both received catheterization.The test group used lidocaine hydrochloride plasmagel,whereas the control group used liquid paraffin as lubricator.The level of urinary irritation,the injure of urethral mucosa and the one time success rate of urethral catheterization were compared between the two groups.Results The degree of urinary irritation was associated with urethral catheterization.It was significantly lower in the pain and the injury of urethral mucosa in the test group （P 〈 0.01）.And it was significantly higher in the one time success rate in the test group （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Application of lidocaine hydrochloride plasmagel as lubricator in catheterization for patients with prostate hyperplasia can reduce the pain and the injury of urethral mucosa,increase the one time success rate and improve the nursing efficiency.
