昆仑雪菊黄酮对衰老模型小鼠脑及脏器指数的影响 被引量:46

摘要 采用D-半乳糖颈背部皮下注射小鼠建立亚急性衰老小鼠模型,观察不同浓度的昆仑雪菊黄酮(100、200、400mg/kg)灌服小鼠后,对衰老模型小鼠脑及脏器指数的影响。结果表明,昆仑雪菊黄酮3个剂量组脑及脏器指数均高于衰老模型组,且都呈现明显的剂量依赖效应,其中3个剂量组的脾脏指数、高剂量组的脑指数和中、高剂量组的肾脏指数均极显著高于衰老模型组(P<0.01),3个剂量组的胸腺指数、中剂量组的脑指数和高剂量组的肝脏指数均显著高于衰老模型组(P<0.05)。此外,3个剂量组间的脾脏指数、肾脏指数有明显差异。结果提示,昆仑雪菊黄酮具有抗衰老、延缓动物脑及脏器萎缩与退化、促进机体代谢、提高机体免疫力作用。 The study was carried out to investigate the cerebral index and viscera index in the aging model mice treated with D-galactose in vivo by subcutaneous injection together with the Coreopsis tinctoria flavonoids at doses of 100,200and 400mg/kg.The results showed that the cerebral index and viscera index of the three dose groups were higher than that of the aging model group,and significant dose-dependent effect,the spleen index of the three dose groups,the brain index of the high dose group and in the kidney index of the middle and high dose groups were significantly higher than that of the aging model group(P 0.01),the thymus index of the three dose groups,the middle dose group brain index and the liver index of the high-dose group were significantly higher than that of the aging model group(P0.05).In addition,the spleen index,kidney index between the three dose groups were significantly different.The results suggested that the Coreopsistinctoriaflavonoids could have anti-aging,slow the animal brain and organ atrophy and degeneration,promote metabolism,improve immunity role.
