摘要 隐孢子虫是一种危害严重的人兽共感染寄生虫原虫,可致人和动物严重腹泻。由于其种类繁多,传播速度快,对公共卫生安全造成严重威胁。传统的隐孢子虫检测方法主要包括粪便样本的显微镜检查、水样的EPA1623检查,随着免疫学和现代分子生物学的不断发展,很多先进的检测技术如酶联免疫检测技术,免疫荧光技术,PCR,反转录PCR,实时荧光定量PCR,环介导等温扩增技术等不断涌现和应用于临床实践。论文就近年来隐孢子虫的危害及其检测技术最新进展情况进行综述。 Cryptosporidiumis an important waterborne and common diarrhea-causing parasitic protozoan,and poses a significant threat to public health.Traditional detection methods are mainly microscopy examination for stool specimen and EPA 1623method for environmental water samples.With the development and application of immunological and molecular biology techniques,many noval and advanced immunological and molecular detection methods,such as ELISA,IFT,PCR,RT-PCR,real-time PCR,PCR-RFLP and LAMP,have made considerable developments in recent years.This article reviewed many progress on the detection methods for Cryptosporidium.
