摘要
结合青岛海湾大桥非通航孔桥承台的施工,介绍了水下无封底混凝土套箱施工技术,该技术采用了冲水胶囊止水的先进技术,利用连接件对混凝土套箱和钢护筒进行刚性连接以抵抗套箱自重和浮力的合力,避开了水下封底施工质量及安全等方面的风险。
Combined with the construction of pile cap for non-navigable spans of Qingdao Bay Bridge, the construction technology of underwater bottom less concrete boxed cofferdam was introduced, which adopted the advanced technology of flushing bag sealing. And the connections were used to realize rigid connection between boxed cofferdam and steel pipe to resist resultant of gravity and buoyancy. This construction method avoids the risk of quality and safety in the construction of underwater bottom boxed cofferdam.
