摘要
中南汇泉国际广场工程楼顶钢塔的塔底标高为209.300 m,顶部标高为248.800 m,天线标高为277.974 m,高处安装技术难度大。通过对中南汇泉国际广场楼顶钢塔的施工技术研究,进行了电脑模拟分析与专业论证,将钢塔分为H型钢框架、H型钢桁架和圆管塔架三大结构体系,分为A,B,C三大结构层次,分层传递荷载,成功地完成了楼顶钢塔的安装施工。
In Zhongnan Huiquan International Plaza project, steel tower base on the roof has an elevation of 209.300 m, steel tower top 248.800 m and antennae 277.974 m. Huge difficulties are encountered in aerial installation of the steel tower. The steel tower is divided into three structural systems, including H-steel frame, H-steel truss and pipe tower frame, and they are classified into A, B and C three structural levels, among which load is transferred. Therefore, installation of the steel tower on building roof is completed successfully.
