摘要
阐述了新型数字化抽油机的特点及节能效果。指出,新型数字化抽油机是根据长庆油田数字化油田建设要求,以实现低成本开发上产的整体目标而开发的,具有结构简单、可靠性高、自动优化调整平衡和冲次等特点,能够进行远程数据传输和控制,与油田数字化平台融合性好;符合长庆低渗透油田对抽油机低成本运行、低费用维护的要求,达到了节能降耗、减员增效的目的。
The characteristics and the energy saving effect of the new digital pumping are illustrated. The new type of digital pumping is developed for the requirements of Changqing digital oilfield construction, low-cost development and production increasing objective, and it is of the characteristics of simple structure, high reliability and automatically optimally adjusting balance and stroke frequency. It can transmit data and be controlled remotely, and can be well incorporated with oilfield digital platform. It realizes the objectives of low-cost running and maintaining of pumping, energy-saving consumption-reducing and staff-reducing efficiency-improving of Changqing low-permeability oilfield.
