摘要
针对新型KKX型直管锥头节点,通过有限元参数化研究了其构造对承载力的影响。有限元分析表明,节点的破坏模式和节点延性较好,节点管长度对节点承载力影响不大。建议设计时,支管外壁到空心切头锥长度与节点管管径之比等于0.5,空心切头锥坡度应大于等于1.5,最大弦管的管径与节点管管径之比宜取0.8-0.9.
This paper presents a study of the new straight circular steel tube cone-head KKX-joints detail and bearing capacity through the finite element parametric analyses. The finite element analyses show that the failure mode and the ductility of the joint are good and the length of the center tube has less effect on the bearing capacity of the joint. It is suggested that the ratio between the length from the bracing member outer wall to hollow conehead and the center tubular diameter is equal to 0.5, the slope of hollow cone-head is equal or greater than 1.5 and the ratio between the biggest chord member diameter and the center tubular diameter should be 0.8 - 0.9.
