基于吸d轴法的霍尔位置传感器安装方法研究 被引量:5

摘要 针对无刷直流电机需要位置传感器提供换相信号的问题,提出了基于吸d轴法的霍尔位置传感器安装方法。分析并计算霍尔位置传感器个数和相邻霍尔位置传感器的间隔角度,依据电机转矩的数学表达式,推导了绕组的最佳换相角度,确定了吸d轴法的霍尔位置传感器理论安装位置,并给出了吸d轴法的实际操作的安装过程。实验测得相绕组反电动势与霍尔传感器输出信号波形,验证了此安装方法可行。 Aimed at the question that Brushless DC demand for tri-winding signal,draw of d-axis method on Hall sensor's fix and location was proposed.This paper provided detailed analysis on calculation of the Hall sensors number and the interval angle of the adjacent Hall sensors.In addition,it deduced the best commutative angle of the tri-winding with motor torque's mathematic expression,so that can obtain the theoretical location of Hall sensors and describe the practical process of installation.The tests validates the feasibility of this installation method by measuring motor winding back electromotive force and the output signal wave form of Hall sensors.
