摘要 为提高超声波探伤仪在使用中的可靠性和准确性,设计了探伤仪发射端性能参数测量系统,实现探伤仪发射端输出特性各项参数的测量和校准。系统以工控机(IPC)为核心,采用PCI-5124采集卡进行探伤仪发射端输出信号的采集。基于VC++平台,设计了测量系统人机交互界面,实现了数据采集控制及各项测量参数的信号处理算法。测试结果表明:系统可对超声探伤仪发射端输出的脉冲峰峰值、脉冲上升时间与持续时间、脉冲重复频率、中心频率、带宽以及发射端等效输出阻抗等特性参数进行测量与校准。 In order to improve the reliability and accuracy in using ultrasonic flaw detector,a measurement system for characterizing the performance of ultrasonic flaw detector's transmitter was designed,it achieved the testing and calibration of parameters for detector output characteristics of the transmitter.The core of the system was the IPC,it used acquisition card PCI-5124 to collect the transmitter output signal.The interactive interface of measurement system was designed based on VC+ +,to achieve the control of data acquisition and signal processing algorithms for the measurement parameters.Through measurement and signal processing the system can provide such parameters as pulse peak,pulse rise time,pulse duration,pulse repetition frequency,center frequency,bandwidth,and output impedance to characterize the transmitter performance.
